Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PersonaOS. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you use PersonaOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

The service

• PersonaOS provides AI digital employees that draft work grounded in the sources you connect. Drafts are held for human review; the service is designed so that nothing is sent externally without an explicit approval by a workspace member.
• Source access is read-only and granted by you through each provider's own consent flow. You can disconnect a source at any time.
• AI-generated output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before approving or using them.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts and sources you own or are authorized to connect on your organization's behalf.
• Do not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or the acceptable-use terms of the providers you connect (Google, Microsoft, and others).
• Keep your workspace credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Data

Our handling of your data — including read-only source syncing, storage, model processing, and deletion — is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaOS's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination and changes

• You may stop using the service and disconnect sources at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
